• Blu Capital Partners attracted interest for ~€100 million of private debt volume from international private debt investors at a competitive pricing

• A significant private debt funding allows CS to consolidate its liabilities, hence reducing management time spent on investor relationships

• Private debt also ensures CS with a stable, long-term capital base to weather the volatility in the consumer lending market

• The private debt funding also allows CS to diversify its funding base further away from corporate bonds, P2P lending and direct lending
