• BluCP identified an investor that could support BMF’s plans of regional expansion, by committing capital expand BMF operation in Romania and neighboring countries
• Sarmis buys 51% of the consolidated group's shares, and through the transaction commits including funds for M&A add-ons, without seller dilution.
