General objective

The general objective of the project is to intensify sustainable growth and increase the competitiveness of SMEs, including through productive investments, ensuring sustainable development of the region. Accordingly, the general objective of the project is to intensify the company’s sustainable growth as a result of implementing this project.

Specific objectives

  • Objective 1: Realising the initial investment — creating a new service-provision unit in activity field 5520 “Holiday and short-stay accommodation facilities” and acquiring tangible assets (technological equipment/machinery) and intangible assets.
  • Objective 2: Integrating the principles of sustainable development, equal opportunities, gender equality and non-discrimination — acquiring equipment to create facilities and adapt infrastructure for access by persons with disabilities (building an accessible cabin, adapting equipment for operation by persons with disabilities including ICT services, acquiring assistive software, a laptop and keyboard), together with a photovoltaic panel system, an electric-vehicle charging station, photovoltaic and LED lighting poles and a heat pump, and circular-economy measures (a food-waste composter).
  • Objective 3: Certification / re-certification / homologation of the product, service and process, and digitalisation and internationalisation activities — certification of the service and process for the new accommodation service, participation at international level as an exhibitor at an international trade fair (Germany), and digitalisation through the acquisition of shelf check-in software and smart locks.

Project scope and expected results

The scope of the project is to create a new service-provision unit in activity field 5520 “Holiday and short-stay accommodation facilities” and to acquire tangible assets (technological equipment/machinery) and intangible assets.

  • Result 1: An initial investment completed — a new unit created for the provision of accommodation services by the end of the financial year following the year in which the project is completed.
  • Result 2: Integration of the principles of sustainable development, equal opportunities, gender equality and non-discrimination — acquiring equipment to create facilities and adapt infrastructure for access by persons with disabilities (an accessible cabin, adapted equipment including ICT services, assistive software, a laptop and a Braille keyboard), alongside sustainable development through clean energy (a photovoltaic panel system) and circular-economy measures (a food-waste composter).
  • Result 3: Certification of the service and process for the new service, and digitalisation and internationalisation — participation as an exhibitor at one international trade fair and digitalisation of the service-delivery process through shelf check-in software and smart locks.
