How did you get to join BCP?
I joined BCP after finishing my first-year master's studies. Throughout the application process, BCP’s exclusive focus on technology and knowledge-sharing culture was very attractive. It goes without saying that I was very excited about the opportunity to work with incredible people.
What was the most fulfilling and exciting part of your job?
During the six months, I had great exposure to the different types of transactions in interesting industries. Every day I can learn new things by working closely with senior colleagues and be prepared to take on real responsibilities which further developed my abilities in multiple areas.
What advice would you share with someone considering a career at BCP?
Every day is different. Be passionate, curious, and proactive. Be prepared for the challenges.
What do you think was unique about BCP?
BCP has a distinctive culture of collaboration and fosters open discussions. It ensures a great working atmosphere even though the work can be challenging sometimes.
What did you do after BCP and how did your role BCP help in your career?
After working on several interesting deals, I have developed my knowledge and skills in financial analysis and strategic thinking which confirms my passion in this area.
