The company integrates several business lines: Veterinary services and brick & mortar pharmacies (“Mobile Vet”), online pharmacy and pet shop (“Mobile Pet”), B2B sales of medical equipment, accessories & consumables (“Mobile Medical”). Additionally, the company developed its own-brand of pet supplements (“Mobile Pharma”).
With more than 14.000 visits per year, Mobile Vet also offers 24/7 emergency care, advanced diagnostics, tests and a fully-fledged range of medical services (medical tests, surgery, imagistics, consultations).

The transaction was structured to include a significant growth path for Mobile Vet, enabling expansion of its products and services in Romania and abroad.
