• Blu Capital Partners advised CS on different growth funding structures including private debt and securitization vehicles
• Management’s preferred structure was private debt funding for re-financing existing liabilities and for providing additional growth capital
• Blu Capital Partners attracted interest for ~€100 million of private debt volume from international private debt investors at a competitive pricing
• Blu Capital Partners also contributed to raising a Nasdaq-registered corporate bond for CS which closed in June 2020 at €18.3 million
