Students & Graduates

We provide internship and recent graduate opportunities to Investment Banking advisory, with a significant amount of exposure and learning curve. 

Throughout these programs, you learn hands-on about BCP, and deepen your skills in problem-solving, corporate finance, teamwork, client origination, communication, and presentation skills. You will have access to a wide range of resources to expand your knowledge, and regular reviews with your mentor will assist you in identifying and setting development goals.

While we offer a compelling environment for professional development, your progress will ultimately be determined by the level of effort you invest. The more you challenge yourself and strive for excellence, the greater the rewards and benefits you will reap.

Rolling Internship Program

Our Rolling Internship Program is typically a six to twelve months program for students in their penultimate or ultimate year of university. If you enter this program, you will have the chance to play an important role in investment banking advisory projects and gain a solid understanding of Technology M&A, Financing and CEO Advisory, while improving significantly key investment banking skills.

You will be assigned a mentor who will guide you through your internship, and will give you feedback regularly to accelerate personal development. At the end of your internship, we will evaluate your performance and consider you for a permanent Analyst position effective immediately or within up to 12 months after the end of the internship, depending both on needs at BCP level and your personal situation.

While you will get exposure across Investment Banking Analysis, Business Development, and Research & Data, when you apply for a Rolling Internship, please mention your preference for one of these three functions.

Our summer internship is a 10-12 week program for students in their penultimate year of university. If you enter this program, you will be introduced to investment banking advisory projects that will help you acquire a first understanding of Technology M&A, Financing and CEO Advisory, while improving key investment banking skills.

Analyst Programs

The Analyst program is the cornerstone of our Students & Graduates programs. The Analyst role comes with both a steep learning curve and with responsibility.

Our Analyst Programs are relevant for students in their final year of university education or those who graduated. The required level of experience for the Analyst Program is a minimum of 12 months of work or internship experience. We offer analyst positions in Investment Banking, Business Development, and Research & Data. 

Our program offers Analysts a broad exposure to different projects and products, such as M&A Advisory, Equity Advisory, Debt Advisory, Structured Finance, and CEO/Board Advisory.

How do I apply?

When should I apply?

We do not have deadlines; opportunities are available on an on-rolling basis.

What format should my application be (CV, cover letter, other document)?

We expect all attachments be in PDF form.

Should I still apply if I did not study Finance?

Yes, we seek to recruit talented people from all academic backgrounds. However, we expect a strong level of corporate finance and investment banking knowledge irrespective of the formal education.

Does BCP hire foreign nationals?

While at this point we do not sponsor work vias, we do not reject candidates who need an appropriate work authorization. You are free to apply, we will consider your application(s) for the corresponding areas of the firm. Any offer of employment issued will be subject to immigration approval being obtained prior to your start date.

When can I expect to hear back regarding the status of my application?

Generally, if you do not hear back within 3 weeks it implies your application has not been taken forward at this point in time. Now doesn't mean never, hence please re-apply in minimum 6 months time should you still like to pursue a role with BCP

What type of professional development programs does BCP offer?

We offer a brief training for entry-level hires, in addition to offering ongoing training and development opportunities at all the different stages of a professional’s career. We have an agile training packaged that is consummated in a mixed format (self-training and team training). In the future, we can consider engaging our entry-level hires in 3rd party investment banking analyst training.

Are there opportunities for mobility?

While we don't have a formal mobility program just yet, we are currently in the application process to enter a global M&A network with partner firms in 40 countries, in which case the M&A network partner firms can welcome mobility exchanges on a case-by-base basis, for periods of 6-12 months
